These are the new/current rules and bylaws as of 24 September 2019. This folder contains searchable PDFs of the Restated and Amended Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (RADCR) as well as the Homeowner's Association Bylaws. Both were approved by the neighborhood 13 July 2019.
